Become a Friend of The Meadows

With the help of all our Supporters, we have saved 25 acres of land in the Village, and this area will be protected from development. The land will be maintained as a haven for wildlife and an area to walk and enjoy.

The maintenance of The Meadows is carried out by Volunteers who freely give up their time. We need more of them! Our insurance and other overheads and the regular cutting of the grass pathways, hedge trimming, and care of the flower meadow cost in the region of £18,000 a year.

We need your support, and indeed support on a village-wide basis. Please consider becoming a Friend of The Meadows, and make a monthly donation to us, however small. 120 Friends each donating £10 a month, (or 240 donating £5), plus the Gift Aid tax refund, would provide us with the needed £18,000 a year.
